What is the “D-Pass Reseller Request”
Business and tradesmen who would like to resell our D-Passes can submit an online request to sell our D-Passes through their businesses.
This online request form is for shop owners, internet café owners, distributors, etc, and people who have valid retailer/internet café/business/trade licenses.
This is for shop owners only, not for individual sales.
For players who wish to buy D-Passes, we will release a list of stores where you can buy them. Please do not submit your request here; we will soon make D-Passes available to you.
How to submit an online request

1. Business Registration No. – this can be the certificate number printed on your DTI, Mayor’s Permit, Business Permit, or a valid, official document that gives you permission to conduct business in the Philippines.
2. Name of Establishment – this would be the name of your business registered in your business certificate.
3. Further Sales Enquiry – if you wish to know more information about reselling D-Passes, please type in here.
4. Upload Certificate – Please scan your business certificate (a valid, official document) and save it as JPG/jpeg format. Please ensure its size is 300kb or less, and that all information in your certificate can be seen.
5. After you tick the check box, you have agreed that you are a valid retailer and all your information is accurate. This online form is an inquiry form and not an agreement to purchase or distribute D-Passes.
After you submit your information and your uploaded business certificate, our Sales Team will contact you as soon as possible.
