What is the “D-Café Web Registration”
Internet Café owners who would like to promote their internet café with us can submit this online registration to become a D-Café. After successfully registering, his internet café becomes a D-Café, and his customers who play there can use game items that are not available through any other means.
What are the free game items
As of 10th October 2012, there are 10 items available:
1. D-Café M14 EBR
2. D-Café FN FAL
3. D-Café P90
4. D-Café Double Luger
5. D-Café Helmet
6. D-Café Tactical Headset
7. D-Café Face Camo
8. D-Café Jacket
9. D-Café Boots
10. 20% bonus EXP and SP
How to submit an online request
1. Create a DFIGames Account here: http://passport.dfigames.com/SignUp
It is necessary to have a DFIGames Account in order to have a D-Cafe Account.
2. Log into your DFIGames Account here: http://passport.dfigames.com/
3. Visit the Affiliate Cafe Registration here: http://dcafe.dfigames.com/webRegistration.aspx
4. Please ensure you fill in accurate information:
- Business Registration No. – this can be the certificate number printed on your DTI, Mayor’s Permit, Business Permit, or a valid, official document that gives you permission to conduct business in the Philippines.
- Name of Establishment – this would be the name of your business registered in your business certificate.
- IP Range – you may wish to visit http://www.iplocation.net and type in the IP range you see
(Please note that IP ranges starting with 192.168… or 10.10… are private IP ranges with cannot be used. Please visit http://www.iplocation.net or any other sources to obtain your public IP address.)
- Sales Enquiry – if you wish to know more information about reselling D-Passes, please type in here.
- Upload Certificate – Please scan your business certificate (a valid, official document) and save it as JPG/jpeg format. Please ensure its size is 300kb or less, and that all information in your certificate can be seen.
- After you tick the check box, you have agreed that you are a valid internet café owner and all your information is accurate. You also agree that you computers do not have any hacks or malicious programs for Special Force.
After you submit your information and your uploaded business certificate, our Sales Team will contact you as soon as possible.

I have successfully registered for D-Café, but after one day, my D-Café premiums are gone
This usually happens when your current IP address has changed. Most internet cafés make use of dynamic IP ranges which change every time you restart your modem. Please update your registered IP range in our D-Café Management Tool every time you restart your modem, or if your customers cannot access their D-Café premiums.
How do I search for my IP range
You may wish to visit http://www.iplocation.net, or any other sources of information, to find out your public IP range.
Please note that this website does not belong to Special Force and we are not responsible for any risks involved in using these third party websites.
I have input my IP range, but I still cannot find my D-Café premiums
Please visit another source of information for your IP range, such as http://www.whatismyip.com

I switched to a new ISP/internet line. Do I need to re-submit my application?
No, you do not need to re-submit it. You only need to check your new IP address and update it in our D-Café Management Tool.
I have a branch café, a 2nd café, and I want to register it as a D-Café as well.
Please register your branch/2nd internet café the same you did for your first application, and we will assist you to process it.
