For me, 100% Agree. Why? 'Cause kahit naman ano gawin nila marijuana is herbal medicine.
Walang chemical na hinalo not like Shabu. And kahit ano gawin natin, legal or not legal marami pa rin ang gagamit nito. Right?
And dapat nag-iisip din sila. Di naman porket legal na ang weed/maryjane/dope/420/412/etc. gagamit na lahat ng gusto gumamit nito.
Alam ko naman na hindi nila basta gagawing legal yun kung walang reason eh. We know naman na ang pwedeng gumamit lang noon ay ang mga dapat gumamit. As in yung reseta ng doctor. Hindi katulad ng basta lang ng gagamit. Diba? Okay thank you. That's from my part lang naman!

Anyway, marijuana, if ever it will be legalized here, must be sold by a reputable company the PDEA accredits. The PDEA will be the ONLY entity which will issue permits on selling these plants. Only people above 21 years old will be allowed to use dope for leisure purposes. A sin tax of 500% should be in place to regulate its use (ex. selling price: 500 pesos per pack, a total of 2500 pesos will be added as sin tax so the total price would be 3000 per pack). You will not be allowed to smoke pot in public, most especially in front of children, else it will be prison term for you. You are only allowed to smoke pot in your home or in designated places built by local governments.
